I used to have so much pain below my knees and at my ankle. I often get very bad allergic reactions to painkillers and supplements as I have a weak stomach so all I could do when I had pain was take Panadol. AposTherapy has definitely helped me with climbing stairs, I used to not be able to take the stairs and overhead bridges were a problem. After being on the programme for close to 6 months, I am now able to climb the stairs without having to rest my weight on a walking stick or the handrails.
I had a bone growth and it was pressing on my nerves. I went to three different specialists before I found out I had no choice but to remove the bone growth. After that, I found comfort in wearing my AposTherapy shoes as a form of physiotherapy, especially after the swelling and pain in my knees that also came from walking too much during my recent holidays. I no longer have pain in my knees when I walk long distances, my knees don’t hurt so quick when I stand in the kitchen now. Now, I’m focusing on being able to bend my knees as they’re stiff when I try to put on my pants. Both my mum and husband are on AposTherapy too!
I used to have pain in my knees and calves, and felt like I was unstable on my feet. It’s very hard to describe the pain I used to feel, I struggled when I had to walk far and it irritated me that I couldn’t walk as fast as before! I came to AposTherapy when my knees were really hurting, and the doctors recommended surgery to fix the degeneration. I still went for surgery when the pain got too unbearable but now, I can walk better and while I still can’t walk as fast as before, the pain is hardly there anymore. Has Apos helped me? Yes, if not I definitely would not be here till today! I can now do my groceries, walk around the shops after that and my knees don’t fail me.
